Died this day in 1965, Stan Laurel (Arthur Stanley Jefferson) Ulverston, Lancashire England comic, Laurel and Hardy team (my favorite), he never performed again after partner Oliver Hardy died. Born 06/16/1890, he died of a heart attack at age 74.		Last words: "I wish I was skiing." Nurse: "Oh, Mr. Laurel, do you ski?" "No, but I'd rather be skiing than doing what I'm doing.”
