All of those "Best of" collections in the section marked "Wanted" originally appeared in truck-stops and in fuel marts rather than in a conventional retail store. Flea markets that offer cassette tape may have used copies...eBay currently has "The Best of Jerry Clower, Volume 8" on cassette but I see that it isn't listed on your wanted section and so you must have that particular release. eBay also has Volume 3. All of those truck stop "Best of" releases became available in 1985...apparently each geographical location across the eastern half of the country (the south and mid-west, particularly) received various Volumes to sell. "The One and Only" release, also from 1985, seen a re-release under a different title and a different photo of Jerry. On the cover of the cassette I have it's called "The Best of Jerry Clower" (same stories as "The One and Only") and it has him standing in front of his Yazoo City, Mississippi house.
